Getting SEO clients

So I have been Cold calling, cold emailing, and running Facebook ads.

Cold calling and emailing, I think, might be niche dependent as a lot of people in the trades don't know or don't care.

Facebook ad I am running explainer videos.
I mostly get people clicking messages by mistake and Facebook charging me as if they started a conversion.

I am thinking of targeting LinkedIn to scrape and email for professionals.

If you are offering SEO, you must target site owners/admins instead of professionals on LinkedIn.

this is the best option, scrape emails from web owners and bulk email them offering your service.
