Getting samples from alibaba for personal use?

Is that something people do? Is there any way to get free samples? Im talking about clothes and other apparel, nothing to expensive. I am a complete novice with the website, so any pointers would be nice.

Or...even better...

Set up a script or Bot to login and send messages to vendors based upon a keyword. Just have it pull a list of lets say 1,000 keywords and see what kind of "surprises" you get in the mail over the course of the next month.

Sounds like fun!
