Getting Rid of Office and windows 7 HELP!

I have 5 Microsoft office 2010 and 5 Windows 7 copies that i want to sell, they are either legit or a very high quality replica, they work and they are unopened. Where can i get rid of these?? I have been banned from eBay many times for selling risky things, and we have a new account with 9 feedback (sad, i know). I definitely think i will be banned on there. I try and hire freelancer, but as soon as i say "Microsoft" they run and hide, stop responding to emails, etc.

I NEED TO GET RID OF THESE! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

i used to get an email from this guy looking to buy software all the time when i did tech support for microsoft...sold him a few copies, see if i can find his addy
