Getting revenge

Someone recently contacted me about some problems they encountered with my company, the only thing is that I never even done any business with the person before and they live in another country, after some careful investigation I found that someone has been using my company name to scam people in other country?s what can I do about it?

I expect you could do a lot, but it will likely cost you big money...

The way I would deal with it is to post disclaimers and details on my own company site, then legally that will clear you...

Then wait and see how it all plays out, before taking any additional action...

Are they from Nigeria? And, oh wonder, asking you to send their cash back?

some country in Europe and no these guys are much smarter, thay used my company name to set up some fake offer where they sell money making guides to people promising them thousands but than tho only send some shody book, that's what the email complaints tell me... so if they caught the only thing they will be charged with possibly is mis advertising... F*** basterds.

Write in your website that some people are abusing your company name and they are scammers and you are not responsible for their actions...
