There is a local business that treated me horribly and I need some ideas to get back at them. If you're not going to help then don't reply. This is what happened.

My mom's iphone 4s screen broke so I took in to a local shop to get it fixed. It's 2 PM and he says come back in 2 days that is when I can do it, also it will be 55$. I come back in a few days and he doesn't remember me and quotes me 60$ and then I tell him he previously said 55$ and he says okay we are raising our prices but I will let it slide this one time. I leave it with him and come back in a few hours.

The screen has a blue tint and if you pushed near the home button then the screen went blank and I bring it to his attention and he apologizes and tries loosening the screws to see if it help. Issue is still there and he says there is nothing he can do about it, it being late at night I just wanted to go home so I say fine and pay him. I get home and notice the screen has a blue tint, but it doesn't seem like a big deal so I just give it back to my mom. Next day she says her phone keeps shutting off, so I test it out by making two calls and the battery completely dies. I take it back to the store and his exact words were "I might be able to fix that but it will be an extra 40$" I flip out and politely decline and ask if there is anything else he can do. He says no, and now I am here.

tl;dr local store rips me off and doesn't think they're accountable for it

Now am I here asking for advice on what I should do next.

Write 20 bad reviews on the highest social network/web 2.0/blog websites - wordpress.com, care2, blogger.com etc. And link them around to each other. Then backlink them. I would say keyword stuff them, but that does not stick.

Before this thread goes any further, it is important for me to mention that
revenge/sabotage tactics are not allowed on Black Hat World. If you wish
to discuss legal/ethical steps the OP might take, that is fine, but no
revenge stuff, okay?

Thank You - "Wiz"

Just leave them a personal bad review. No need to get revenge.

Did you take it to one of those shoddy local iPhone "repair" mall kiosks?

The reason I ask is because my uncle went to one of those recently and got ripped off. I was there with him when he took his iPad, which needed his battery terminal and screen repaired, to the shop. They charged him $140 to fix it, but as one of the kids was "fixing" another iPad, I noticed that the "tool kit" those kids had only consisted of a tooth brush, 1 precision screwdriver, replacement screens, a torsion wrench (why they had a lock picking tool is a mystery), and a napkin. Not even a soldering iron was present in their kiosk!

Anyway, they took his iPad and told him to come back in an hour, which is when they closed. After they took my uncle's iPad, one of the kids said, "Don't worry, I'll work on this thing past the closing time, I promise". I spoke to my uncle after he paid and told him he should remain dubious because of what I described above, but he didn't listen. 1 hour later, they called him to tell him that they cannot fix his iPad (big surprise there), so he needs to come pick it up. He picked up his iPad, but they did not refund him.

In your case, the best thing you should do is leave an honest review of their services on another website or contact the owner of the business. If the owner of the business was not aware of his employees' actions, there's a good chance he'll take action to prevent his employee from sullying the reputation of his business.
