What are some real ways I can get A LOT of real traffic to Youtube videos? The way I understand it is... you can make the best video in the world, but if nobody knows it exists, it's not going to go anywheres. But are there any secrets, tips, tricks, to get a lot of traffic?

Right now I'm just posting to some sub-reddits and Facebook groups and getting a little bit have traffic. I'm getting likes and stuff.. getting to the top of the sub-reddit (not so much going on with big reddits like /videos). But I am only getting a few hundreds views from this.

Thoughts?

IMO, FB is the best to get traffic. I'm a Youtuber myself.
My traffic mostly comes from Facebook Groups,Pages,Profiles. 30-40% video Views come from Facebook, (10% from reddit.)
Tip:- Join groups that represent your niche, if you're making sports videos join heavy sports groups.
If you're making comedy videos and joining tech groups, then it wouldn't work like that.
Buy FB IDs, convert it into female Fake ids, SPAM! tada. hope this helps.

Hey man. I've been off facebook for some years now. I only really know about facebook pages such as a fanpage for youtubers where you can comment on their posts. I've thought that facebook pages are a good way to get your vids out there. But what do you to find popular pages, groups, etc for your niche? And where do you post the videos? In comment sections?

The best way if you dont have a lot of money is make videos that appeal to big online magazines like Mashable. They have shared my content before,

If you create the best video in the world and do some onsite SEO to it, it will succeed. Period. The hard part is creating the best video in the world. The YouTube algorithm is designed to give all videos a chance, and if the video succeeds it will then be shown to more/and/more people. If your video is the best video in the world, it WILL succeed during that trial period.

The hard part is creating the best video in the world...

Submit your videos to popular social media, online communities and social bookmarking sites, optimize it using the proper video keywords.

I've been doing YouTube for 6 years and I got 558k organic views just by using good keywords and sharing. I see a lot of people shared it on Facebook too. Google keyword planner is a great tool to use. all those social links that YouTube links to when you've uploaded the video are great to use. make a little article to go along with it too

If you want real traffic to your YouTube videos, you have to optimize your video. There are a lot of resources about how to optimize YouTube videos for search. You can check and do according to that. You’ll get.

FB Ads and Youtube Ads to targeted audience both works in your case I think.
- Target your FB Ads to extremely specific audience. Also like someone suggested, join your target niche groups and post an extraordinarily good content link using a sinfltrator link (im not affiliated to it google it).
This way you get targeted traffic
- Select youtube videos of your exact competitor, manually, each video! Make extraordinary video of your product or service and target the youtube ad to those videos only

It depends on your content and your niche, for me If I want to make a viral video using clickbait then I use Fanpages to get the organic traffic ( doesn't work all the time). Yea I comment on their posts & also post on Fanpages.
If i just need boosts I use groups. I usually make many types of content but i mostly focus on tech related videos with good research and quality content, and then I post it in all groups with my link.
My english is not good sorry.

it is a nice way to get traffic. I am also thinking to promote my youtube videos in facebook groups

Hi bhai,
are you indian? you should try it, ez boosts, if they are clickbait thumnails you can imagine how many you get. :p

Lots of people use the app in my sig to contact website owners to have them review video's , articles etc. Might think about doing that.

It seems like youtube doesn't count the views from facebook, ive been trying to use facebook for the last month and a half to kickstart my youtube channel. It's like when i post my youtube videos in groups, profiles and to a page i have started i get hundreds of likes on the post, but only like 50 - 100 views, it makes absolutely no sense unless people are just liking the post without watching the video.
