Getting PR3 for new domain in 5 days?

Hi guys,

I saw in dp a guy selling his 5 day old domain (I checked in who.is) which is PR3.
The domain has no content except the default hello world post from wordpress.

And it barely has 30 backlinks. They are good also. I checked it.


I checked PR with scrapebox fake PR checker. Its real... How is it possible?

It was an expired domain. If you buy it just before it's dropped by the owner, the pagerank remains the same.

Must be an expired domain, you can't get a pr 3 from a brand new domain in 5 days, at least not easily.

That's impossible. It must be an expired domain for sure.

How about a redirect?
Is it possible?

Even if it's redirected it's not possible in 5 days. It's 100% old domain which he purchased.

It is a dropped domain and chances that unless there is some heavy link building going on between now the next update that PR will drop.
