Getting people to join a new Fraternity

Can you guys help me with some ideas to get people to join the new fraternity we are trying to start up at my college??

The Fraternity is Kappa Sigma.

A few facts about kappa sigma.
more men join kappa sigma than any other college fraternity.
we have the cheapest dues.
Kappa sigma has the largest amount of brother of all the fraternities.

Any ideas to help get people at my college to join???

Make awesome claims, like "Guaranteed you will get laid" and "Guaranteed you will get buff", then just throw a party where you've hired call girls, and give the guys creatine powder before you make them work out.

It will work 60% of the time, every time.
 
Robert Redford, and some US president were Kappa Sigma too.....but every college ive ever been to Kappa Sig was a bunch of pretty boys.....Theta Chi is where its at
 
We dont have a house yet because we are trying to get enough people to start it up.

trust me, go for quality guys not quantity. it will bite you in the ass come a year or two down the road and will be detrimental toward future rushing

this guy knows what he is talking about...your better off with a strong pledge class of 15 then a weak dorky class of 30. One bad pledge class can ruin the frat once the cool ppl graduate and the dorks are left the frat will always suck.

To get a good class get girls to promote your frat...thats how i joined mine. Where i went to school, Girls would pass out fliers of the 3 best frats on campus and on dorms. This drew in alot of dudes to rush events. Have rush parties with chicks and preferably get a hot or decent sorority to come and have them tell the rushes how cool the frat is blah blah blah. make sure you have guys in the house making out with some chicks too so it makes your frat seem like you will get laid instantly. invite alot of freshmen girls to the parties as well. Also talk up how many connections you will get from your frat. Make it seem like once you join you will be connected to an inner circle that will get you jobs and make you rich lol
 
We have 15. we need 25 to colonize and 50 to become a chapter and 100 for a house.
 
I would suggest contacting other chapters that are close to you and asking them what works for them for recruitment. They also might come and help you with some of your events.
