Getting people to interact (like/share) with your post more?

Hello guys,

I'm building a niche facebook page right now, it's going ok - 300 organic likes. Most of these likes come from me adding friends on a fake profile with a hot babe and inviting them to my group. I post multiple times (2-5) a day, most posts I make get maybe 2-5 likes and 0 shares. How can I increase this number? Especially the shared number since that should be the biggest source of new likes on my page.
