Getting penalized by the big G?

I plan on using a bunch of BH techniques on some new sites. The question is that I have a site which is for my offline business that is #1 with white hat methods. If google catches my BH sites and de indexes them or whatever will they do it to my whitehat site as well since they are all under the same hosting account? Or should I buy a separate hosting account for my BH sites?

What techniques are you using?

If you are simply building lots of spammy links then you will likely be fine.

Is it a shared hosting account? If there are 6k domains and you have 50 addon domains they can't detect you...

If there are only a few domains and it would do a lot of damage to your offline business, i would use another host.

But think about it: There are other footprints too, like google analytics id, google adsense id, google webmaster tools, the name with that your domain is registered, the theme you use, your name on the website etc.

I think its okay, i have 2 domains that shared same host. One domain( which gives link to my main domain) curently usiing sb blast, but i never use it to my main domain. I do manual commenting for my main domain, and its okay i think.
But if you r not sure, just use different host for that

You fine if its a shared account with thousands of other domains.

It is unlikely you would be effected because Google knows that many hosting companies shove hundreds if not thousands of domains on the same server or ip.
