Getting paypal anonymously US verified. How?

I often see forums, videos, VCC offer (like the one from vccbase website "buy re loadable verification card to get instantly verified for life!") to get paypal accounts verified US anonymously. How? I know in the past there was a trick (patched or no longer working) with the use of making a free e-trade account. I want to make a US paypal account without linking a bank, so to speak, to create a anonymous verified paypal strictly to sell virtual goods. I also read on here that there are legit/verified users of the BHW to do it for you. If so, would like reference to them if possible.

its not much difficult , yes i can give you US verified account, well in start i tell you US verified account we can get with different method, in which countries where paypal is not allow we are providing services there and people are getting much benefits from our service , now they are buying and selling in USA , Uk , even all over the world , our Method is unique and Reasonable ,
 
what is the requirement sir to have US verified account on Paypal? and can you help me also to have one sir? and i can use it even I'm on other country (I mean i can withdraw on it)?

First and the only requirement is you must be a US resident (Which you are not!)

So, if you still want to make a US paypal account, you need to buy a VCC or VBA that works for Paypal. Or there are various sellers here itself on BHW, from whom you can buy a verified paypal account.

If you need anything out of VCC/VBA/Paypal account, post it in 'Want to Buy' section. You will get lots of responses of sellers.
 
If you are not a US resident, you can ask your friend who live at US to help you.... But PayPal can tracks IP address of internet connection which you use.

I suggest you to get verified with your own country, it is safe and better.
 
Its risky to cheat Paypal, they could close your account.
Better use Payoneer to get the money and some service like 2checkout to sell.

By my experience, you account will be bound to get emitted even with the highest security, but still you can get in touch with secondeye he might give you a solution.
