Check payments are really pain in the *ss from google, sometimes the check never gets there,
Probably consider using some stealth payment method, all depends on where you're living tbh

It depends upon which country you initially made your adsense with. But again legit question some one with better info would be able to answer more easily, adsense do ask to fill singapore tax form and usa tax form. (Now somehow if you can evade this there might be a chance i.e by choosing non us tax payer status ) but again never done this before so hoping I will read better answers.
