Getting paid for website traffic

I know Google AdSense pays per click. Is there any service out there (or maybe even a way to tweak AdSense) to get paid per unique website visit?

Maybe pop-ups? Or force web visitors to click on affiliate links via javascript?

Adsense does pay for CPM, i get an icome almost every day even though i dont get a click

is there any way to earn CPA impressions through other offers like from say... clickbank or CJ? Pop-ups would probably be the best way, eh?
