getting pages listed

Hi all,

New to this forum. I have website, been link building use sb and sm for a few weeks. My biggest problem is most of the pages on my site arn't indexed in google. I've tried pinging them and creating rss feeds but doesnt seem to be getting them indexed. I'm talking about the site content, not backlinks.

Any tips for getting your content indexed quickly?

oh forgot to mention, the site is regged with webmaster tools and sitemap is submitted.
