Getting no video views on new accounts

I'm doing everything "normally" through the app, the accounts are not shadow banned as I can see them and the videos from other accounts...

Any one else experienced this? How to get a new account actually off the ground and get some views?!

I read that accounts need to be 2 weeks old before videos will be pushed on the FYP, does anyone know if that's true?

I made a new account yday and posted a video right away (some random vid i had lol) it got 500 views in a few hours, then i tried uploading a vid with a girl and its stuck on 0 views for a day now (ive edited it with some text) maybe there's OCR on tiktok which I doubt, or I just had to add some effect to the video since I downloaded it from tiktok
