Getting my backlinks indexed?

Hi,

I've a simple question.. I got about 300 forum profile links done by someone here on BHW.

4 days later, I still dont see them indexed.. Any way to get them indexed?

Should I use ScrapeBox for it?

ping them, that should get some of them.

submit to social bookmarks, that should get some more of them.

I personally use (i think it's called) backlink index express / BIE - with the other two methods seams to eventually do the trick most of the time.

I pinged the profile backlinks i made, and social bookmarked them and followed a thread on here on creating rss feeds for your backlinks. They seem to be getting noticed, they a trickling in slowly on yahoo site explorer and i am seeing between 2 and 3 new backlinks show per day.
