I've been in this affiliate marketing game for a while, wrote a lot of reviews and posted them in forums and certain facebook groups from time to time. Also tried posting them on gumtree (saying stuff like email me for more info) Still I am unable to get enough traffic to my website. I've only sold 1 item so far and it's been quite a long time.

Any tips and ideas on how I can drive more traffic to my website? Where do i advertise?

Maybe try getting a little more proactive and try something like this http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/new-secret-method-revealed-best-method-shared-in-bhw-in-a-long-time-newb-friendly.841544/

You can try bing there are coupons lying around.
Other things to consider: Are you sure the issue is traffic alone? Have you tried optimizing your website too? What about optimizing your reviews? A different product?

It's traffic, I am sure about that. Site is looking nice and clean, reviews are alright as well. I've checked my traffic on Google Analytics, it's very low.

help me im a bout to off myself if i dont get that money

Instead of trying to use others social pages to make sales, create your own page and try to grow it and repeatedly monetize it. It's better for long term, steady cash. Use others pages to advertise your page.

You could advertise in directories, advertising classified sites and blog comments
