Getting more clients

Just curious as to what ways you're getting more local SEO clients? I do not do advertising of my own business. I just continue to do SEO on my own site, build out pages and get reviews regularly.

I was thinking of some cold email outreach to local businesses.

Well Im not into that area of local SEO but running local targeted ads might help, alongside cold email outreach... might be a good mixture

Yea totally. Just trying to keep it low budget while I don't have many clients. Last small agency I did some work for he built $150k yr business without running ads

Try it out at least and see what the response is. Just saying that you are 'thinking' won't do the trick.

Cold calling to the local businesses will get you more clients, hire a great talker and make him understand what your business is.

Start cold calling. Good luck.

Thats exactly what im focusing on the SEO side. I think that refferals helped him the most. Cold calling didnt work out for me.

I'd have to say doing your own SEO is the key. People who know enough to search for SEO are expecting your agency to be good at SEO too.

SEO is often bundled into holistic website promotion packages. Personally, if I received a generic email purely pitching SEO services, I wouldn’t even open it. Perhaps consider partnering with specialized agencies for targeted outreach that aligns with client workflows.
