Getting money from epassporte

Anyone here managed to get their money out of their epassporte wallets?
I sent them 2 emails like a week ago to request a wire transfer and still haven't heard anything back, are they ignoring me or just really busy?

I had money on my visa card i got out, but no i didn't have any in my wallet so not sure about that. The bank emailed me back. Epassporte is probably getting a ton of emails daily though.

Yes. I've sent the request on 09/03 and got my money around 10/07 or so. (that goes for the wire from ewallet). Also got my VV money via the visa card
