Getting money from a limited paypal

If you account is Negative then how can you withdraw money from that ? or i am missing some thing here
There are many forums where there are dedicated threads for withdrawing money from stealth limited paypal accounts after 180 days you can google it
 
Sorry, I have two accounts

One of the accounts has fake details but has money in it, I need that money to pay the other negative account
 
so why cant you put up a listing on your stealth account (ebay) with the low paypal fees then buy the item with your other ebay account that has the money??

hope that makes sense?

EDIT - i forgot if your accounts limited you cant do poo with the ebay account thats linked can you

As long as your accounts are on separate ip address which they should be then just send the money from one account to the next
account to help the balance. Not a big issue. :)
 
google some documents which correspondence to ur pp. just photoshop those documents according to your pp info and u done it. send paypal those documents and u will get restored. :D
 
Real question is, what did you sell that got you a chargeback for a $200+ item. Paypal don't just take your money, and side with the buyer %100 .If you have a standard chargeback, your account is not limited, it is just in negative balance. Your next step is to get it funded, and find someone to fund it. Either pay a reputable member to fund it, and offer them a small payment for their help. If your limited because you scammed/sold and illegal item on e-bay/or the account has been in default several times in the same month or 2, then your SOL.

Don't think your telling the full story here. If your not using a stealth account, then paypal has your ip's mac addresses, ect.. just fund it with your other account.
 
If it is an older account with some history you could think about making it right with the account and continue on. Sometimes it is
smart to not start over all the time.
 
Let it go and move on. The negative one that is. If done correctly they wont track you down and will never get the money. As long as you dont have a bank account etc attached forget about it.
 
Once they issue a chargeback you have 10 days to prove that a buyer was wrong. Otherwise money go back to the buyer.
