I wanted to know experience of creators who got monetized with first video itself.
With this, you will have limited monetization options. To monetize your videos, you need 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time
What are those limits with less subscribers ?

I think that depends on the trending topic at the moment. An example would be to create a high-quality video of the winner of the next World Cup, for instance, including all the best plays from all the matches that led the team to win the cup. Once they win the cup, upload the video as quickly as possible. Given that the topic is trending and widely viewed worldwide, I'm confident that this would lead to monetization with just one video.

Make sure to get the video to go viral to attract 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time.
The easiest method if you are after monetization is to buy a channel that is already monetized.
