Getting Little Views?

Im doing reaction videos. Ive been uploading 10 a day for a month and gained 80 subs. Thats 300 videos in one month. They are high quality. I have a good mic and camera. I have been making them on popular youtube videos. I have gained some hardcore fans that love what i do alot but im not getting the views i want. im wondering if i should double down another month of 300 videos or take a step back and maybe switch up the strategy. I thinking maybe work smarter and not harder but i dont mind doubling down and uploading 20 vids a day if thats what it takes.

With 300 videos your due to get alot of views even though the videos are shit. Make sure to work on titles, thumbnails and keywords. It has to be some room for improvement there if your not even close to hit your "mark".

It's hard for me to say anything else really since I havent seen a actual video.

im getting about 500 views a day on my channel . My goal is to get 10,000 a day. I usally just put the tittle of the video and put "REACTION!' after. With a thumbnail of me looking shocked or laughing or whatever the video is supposed to be. I think 10,000 a day is reachable is im uploading 10 a day and stacking them up everyday
 
The bad thing about this type of videos is they are not everlasting, and it will spend much of your energy, it will require much energy and time before the reward. But good luck for the journey
 
You can't pull out 10 high quality videos a day. It's just not possible.

Depends on how you define ‘high quality’. OP may very well be considering videos filmed in 1080p with a decent mike as high quality.

Real talk. He should focus more on quality rather than a daily output.

i mean they are reaction videos. i have a good camera with a good mic. I sit down and watch 10 videos and give my thoughts. It takes about 2 hours to make and 10 hours to upload

That’s not what most people mean when they say ‘quality videos’. It has more to do with the content, editing, delivery etc than just video and audio resolution.
 
Why don't you focus on getting 1k views of organic traffic to reach each video? Spam uploading DOES work. However, you really need to establish an initial audience that can boost your longtail tags on each video.

The goal to establish organic reach is to rank your tags. How are your tags ranking today?
 
If this is what you love, I would highly recommend you to stick with it. What you think vs what is high quality is not actually important as long as you do what you love.

Your skills and understanding of your audience wishes will both grow with time, and you'll surprise yourself with the results and skills learned.

Another thing is that youtube will reward you later for your efforts now, because once youtube figures out your content is really interesting (watch time and overall engagement % on your channel is on desired scale) you'll get your videos more and more visible (recommended), even the very old ones, so traffic/subs count will start rising up.

Every work pays off. Repetition is the key.
