Getting likes on facebook page

Hi I am new to the facebook scene but I would like to grow a page I have for one of my apps and I was wondering what are the methods for getting people to like your page? (e.g. like following people on instagram in your same niche will probably get you follows back)

I am hoping to use massplanner for any suggestions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
(I looked around the forum and couldn't find much information for some reason).

Go ahead and use massplanner, i believe it has a trial period of 5 days - Use it to find as many groups as possible that are related to your app in some way. I don't know what your app is but for example if it was a sport related app, like a live football scores app or something then the groups you want to target are football/soccer banter, fan groups etc.
