A good proposal is where you address the buyer problem, then pitch him into thinking that you are the best guy to solve that problem.

A good proposal is a way to go. But also there are hundreds of people sending a proposal for very cheap rates so you should also send a proposal with affordable rate especially in the beginning when you don't have enough reviews
