This is my first post here, so I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I’m getting around 10–15 leads a day from one PPC campaign, so the numbers look okay at first.
The problem is that many of the leads are low quality and don’t turn into real customers.
What would you check in this case? Targeting, keywords, landing page, or something else?

Check the keywords first. Some keywords can bring a lot of clicks but not real buyers. add negative keywords and focus more on keywords with buying intent.

You'll need to look at everything bro. You need to be very clear about what you offer, and you need to negativate anything that could bring bad leads like the ones you are receiving. Even better, get why those bad leads contacted you about, and use it to enhance the offer text (and LP) and also to find terms to negativate.

To improve lead quality from your PPC campaigns, focus on these core adjustments: Search Terms & Match Types: Exclude generic, "free", or "cheap" search terms. Switch from Broad Match to Phrase/Exact Match, and add negative keywords. good look bro

Check your landing page too. the ad and landing page should have the same offer and message. If they do not match, you can get lots of low quality leads.

If you're getting plenty of leads but few become customers, you may be attracting the wrong intent.

Check the search terms and lead quality first, also Check the landing page and form to filter out low-quality leads.

You need a better offer to convert higher quality of leads and sell more. I believe you should check everything and make it better.

yes you can try checking the targeting and keywords first and then review your landing page to make sure you’re attracting and getting the right audience.

I’d stop counting all 10–15 leads as the same conversion

Mark the ones that actually turn into a real conversation or sale, then trace those back to the search terms. Otherwise you’re judging keywords by lead volume instead of the kind of leads you actually want

Try to add a few extra questions in your form to filter people. You may get fewer leads, but the quality will be better.

Check if your sales process has any issues good leads can also be lost if follow up is slow.

Very simple, either your landing page is not rich enough to gain almost instant conversion, or your follow-up is not convincing enough. Good thing is you are at least pulling in leads

Hey I’d check search terms and lead quality first, then targeting and landing-page messaging. Also compare keywords against actual sales, not just lead volume. That usually reveals where the low-quality traffic is coming froms.

check your campaign settings and see if you have search partners or display expansion turned on. google loves to sneak those in by default and they are usually the main source of junk leads. you will get people filling out forms who do not even remember doing it, or just straight up bots. disable those and run search only. another thing is to check where the physical locations of the clicks are coming from... sometimes google shows ads outside your targeted area if you have the presence or interest setting enabled instead of just presence. change that to presence only.

According to my experience, in an ad campaign every aspect is important. But to start with check you targeting and offers first. There must be some confusion because you have leads but they are not converting. after that check your landing page, Creative and CTA. Make regiourous A/B testing for all of the above and find winning creative and landing page.
