Getting into Top comments always - How monetize?

I can rank comments to Top5 out of between 300,000 comments.
But what happen after 1 hour, 2 hours or days, its up to you the quality of the comment

PROBLEM: If I create a new channel and give it a custom username/avatar....I cannot rank a comment. It will not go up !
Whats the reason? Do I need old youtube channels? But I need a username change then, not sure if it affects ranking possibiliy.
