Getting into instagram long term

Hello everyone, I am wanting to make a new Instagram either about luxary cars or stay with the one about tattoos on hot girls. Should I be running bots? I don't have a computer so I hope there is away I can without a computer. I would love to also know about any engagement groups. I hope someone can help please. Wanting to make it long term and put money in and get money out.
