You should own at least 1 verified etsy seller account. And etsy may suspended your account after your first sale. It's really difficult.

I also got banned there are so many different rules. Well on your question you probably will get banned due to they will see where the items are shipped from. you should just put where you are located so you won't have any problems. And besides you said you are selling vintage cigar boxes. You should be fine.

I think Etsy is the fastest growing platform from the Top 5 e-commerce platforms worldwide. They also offer relatively easy ways for everybody to join, open a shop, and build a successful product (I'm thinking at Print on Demand products and digital downloads)
