Getting into CPABeyond

I have read some journals here about youtube + cpa and thought I would give CPA a try. I have only done SEO and have no exp with CPA yet. I want to get into CPABeyond because they are mentioned to be a good company.

If I go to their website and I want to sign up there are several things I have no answer to like:
Company name - I have no company
Who referred you - I have nobody
Marketing info - comments should be how I get my traffic and such?
Tax class - I guess individual?
Tax ID - I have no idea what that is. I am from Europe.
Payment to - main contact is me?

What should I put into these brackets and do they call me also? Thanks to all for answering.

Advertise on BHW
Company Name == You can put your name itself if you are indiviual
Who Referred You == You can put BHW Forum or whoever let you know about our network
Marketing Info == This you really need to mention, because every network will ask you how you drive traffic.
Payment To == Your paypal address if you want to be paid via paypal or other details if you want ot other way.
Tax ID == No it isnt needed as far as my knowledge says but I will confirm this with Jon for sure, you can enter 000000 as of now...

And yeah I would like to appreciate you for showing your interest on CpaBeyond, hit me up and I'll take a look at your application :)
 
Company name -Your name or your website name
Who referred you - Leave it
Marketing info - How are you going to market their offers. You can write SEO, Banner and PPC
Tax class - Individual
Tax ID - If you don't have any tax id then leave it blank or write 00000
Payment to - Your name or choose personal contact name.

Just a few notices here: you do not enter BHW, some of them do not want blackhatting, you do not mention comments as that's considered to be spam.

ok, that's bad bc I put blackhatworld.com as referrer.. Isn't the owner one of the members here?

I recall one guy here being denied as he put bhw as referrer. It's not that bad but if they ask, just explain it.
 
Just a heads up, We dont have any problem with bhw at all as long as one is not sending fraudulent leads....

Please note that my first post here was about networks in general, some ones allow bh.

I added: where did you heard from us: warriorforum and blackhatworld. They had a slot to enter my warriorforum username even.
 
CPABEyond is great network, owner is really cool guy. you won't be disappointed.
 
SAD! I was denied in CPABeyond, they sent an email saying "Unfortunately we do not feel your site compliments our offers" but i didn't even mention any website on the application. :(

can someone pls help me get accepted in cpabeyond...
