Getting Instagram followers

So i‘ve created an Instagram page and its about Fashion. I am at the beginning and do Not have so much followers. The Last 3-4 post i got around 30-40 likes and i only have around 48 followers (Most of these are bots i think)
The people who are liking my Post don‘t follow me neither they comment. How do i get These to Follow my page ?
Everytime when I post a story only few People watch my Story (5) how is this possible? Is this normal ?
I hope Someone in the Community can help me and Could give me advice.

I don't know much about this, but they could be followers of followers seeing it on their feed when scrolling and some of them just like every post they see, and probably the same to yours. I would recommend posting something that's eye-catchy so they look at your post for than 3 seconds, then have something in the description that says where they can buy your item (or anything) so they want to see your profile.

I would also just follow people that follow other clothing brands, especially people that like the photos from those accounts and comment, also just comment on those pages, and even better ask those pages for a shoutout when you have enough posts and an eye-catching account name and logo.

There are many ways to grow an Instagram account:
- follow/unfollow
- like
- story viewing
- story polling
- mother slave
- shoutout 4 shoutout
- engagement groups
- Instagram ads

While executing those method you need to avoid profile that looks like bots (not active, not posting, reposting photos...)
That way you will get engagement (views likes and comments) when you post a good content

You have to use and search the rights hashtags for your niche and create a good strategy to use them
Also you have to optimise your profil by adding CTA and your brand Hashtag and some information about your business by including some High Ranked Keywords .
Try to make a good comment and give some value for other pages ( not > 1m page ) with high engagement and try to follow people in your niche and like the last picture and the oldest picture of them ( Trust )
Try to use Private Shoutout ( you can search what is mean ) also .
