Getting in trouble

I just have a quick question to you guys. I am not really an expert in dropshipping and stuff. But for example if I make an e-commerce site, put on a product I found on dhgate for example nikon camera. Could I get in any trouble for using this Nikon and something as item title in my store? And what about selling fakes and having Nikon as title.

I apologize for such a strange question, but I am newbie at this.

If it's on your own store you wouldn't have the same kind of problems that you would if you tried that on eBay. Still, it's probably not the smartest thing in the world...when your customers find out you sold them a fake, they're going to want a refund. If you don't refund them, they'll chargeback. And too many chargebacks = closed Paypal account or closed merchant account, and then you're screwed.
