I took this from one of my blog posts.... I'm not even mentioning the link since I havent done crap on it.... and yes my credit is a hell of alot higher now....

    Hey everyone,

Lets go into some details here, first things first.
    1. How can I get High Revenue sites for free (Altogether) how can I Get sites for free period!?

Answer: With Credit you can get sites for free let's take a look at the bigger picture here.

Here is the best example and this is exactly what I have been playing with.
I got a $15,000.00 Credit card through my corporation to toy around with. I have been purchasing sites for about 6 -10 months of there revenue in advance, My credit card has 14% interest.

Lets say I purchase a site making $3,000.00 a month. According to this tool:

    BankRateCalculator.com

I would get these results http://www.bankrate.com/brm/calc/MinPayment.asp?ccBalance=15000.00&ccArate=16&ratio=.025&ccMinPayment=375.00&ccPayment=3000.00&paymentType=high&Submit=Calculate

    Pretty cool huh?

There are always people who are in a rush to get money you can always pick up sites like this, I have been watching the auctions very carefully at:
    Sitepoint Marketplace

    DigitalPoint Marketplace

    EarnersForum Marketplace

    WickedFire Marketplace

    NamePros Marketplace

    WebMaster Talk Marketplace

    V7N Marketplace

    IWebTool Marketplace

Of Course there is also Ebay

There are alot more places to buy and sell websites If I forgot one let me know.

Let's get down to the part where you need to find a good site.

Websites are just like everything some are out of season and some are not. Right now I suggest staying away from proxies because school is getting out. There will be plenty of people selling over the summer for cheap where you can hop onto them.

If the site you are interested in purchasing is a high traffic website you need to ask and look into.

    1. referral screenshots
    2. search strings
    3. visitors for the days
    4. total unique visitors for the month
    5. countries
    6. bandwidth
    7. Proof of earnings
    8. See if people are talking about the website.
    9. See how many indexed pages the site has.
    10. Look at alexa rank, If the site is a High traffic website It will have alexa rank.
    11. Any advertising costs? If so how much?
    12. How much maintenance is involved?
    13. Look where the backlinks are coming from.
    14. The best and final step is Try and prove the guy wrong! If you cannot prove the guy wrong it is most likely a good website.

You then need to look What kind of website this is, Do I have any websites like this, Do I have any websites that get the same kind of traffic teens, adults, etc.
If so, you can link that site to your other website and have a little traffic portal going on, It is a good idea to do to keep traffic through out your network.

Here are some other questions you want to ask yourself as well as do.

    1. He is using PPC ads on his website the site has very low CTR but so much traffic, how can I get a higher CTR.
    2. Are PPC ads doing that great I see he has alot of page views, I could try CPM and get 10x more profit.
    3. I should experiment with everything till I know this website I should use PPC, CPA, and CPM advertisements till I know what gets the most income.

Note: If a site is averaging around .20 per 1,000 ad views I suggest going to cpm advertisement atleast you can get around 1.00-2.00 per thousand views.

Remember everyone just think about this, making money online is really not that hard, Think this way you are trying to get to $2,000.00/day online.

    Lets do the math here:
    $2,000.00 x 30 days = $60,000.00
    $60,000.00 x 12 months = $720,000.00/yr.

In the thumbnail is the most amount of money I have earned with azoogle in one day.

That is a very, Very good income.

How might I do this? Think this way everyone!

If you have 200 sites making $10.00 a day each that is $2,000.00 a day.
This seems hard to get $10.00 a day through sites huh?
    Think about it this way.

You have a goal to get 2,000 websites each earnings $1.00 a day.

you start building websites with "Care" and you are about 20 through and see that one site is making 5.00/day well guess what! You just knocked out 24 of your 2,000 very easily.

Keep trying to get that site taking off more money.

If you can even knock it down more and get that site to 30.00 a day you just knocked out 30 websites with that one website alone.

Or you can do the Getting High Revenue sites with credit and having it pay for itself. You are getting a high traffic website making about 100.00/day guess what? You just knocked out 100 of your websites.

I recommend when you start doing the credit thing start small, otherwise you will have problems, until you learn what sites to buy, It's win and loss but I have been doing this for a while, first site i bought was great, second site i bought sucked. traffic went down very fast. I learned from the bad site I purchased and have bought only good sites from then on.

Enjoy Guys! and yes this still works... see you can even use Pay per play ads now :D

    Dude, $2000 a day? Try just $280 a day (100K a year). That is all I want.

Thanks for the tips. I am more of a build it myself, but if my sites start making money, I will probably go into flipping.

There's seems to be a lot of practical, useful information in this post. Reading it I had a few "a-ha" moments and it really got me inspired. I also agree with DeskCoder, my $ per day number will probably be much lower than yours but if I can get $50 a day then of course I can get $100 with more work and experience then why not double that to $200 a day, and a-ha!

I'm going to go look at that great list of places to buy sites right now. :D

This seems like an interesting business to give a shot at.

Now can you give me any tips or advice on how to get started? Such as how much should I spend on my first site and what is a good site/bad site?

Once I do buy a site, what would I have to do with it to make it more profitable.

If you can give me some guidance, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also how many site do you own to make 2000/day.

    Thanks,

This is an awesome post, I have sent you a PM.

Just wondering what your criteria for choosing a good site is.

I have been looking around site point and if you want to get a site that pulls in around 3k a month you have to pay around 25-30k, is this what you mean when you say you buy on credit?

To get a site that makes around $300 a month which is $10 a day you would have to pay around 2k to 3k from what I have seen so far.

One thing I noticed and wanted to ask you is do you care about how long the site has been established for? I notice that a lot of sites have only been established for a month they make $300 or whatever in the last 30 days and then they sell it as a $300/month site.

I would think you want to buy a site with a proven track record? I know some of the 30k sites for sale had been proven to make 2-3-4k a month for months prior to selling it.

So I am just wondering if you look at how long the site has been established for and if you have some sort of minimum, I have seen some sites that are a couple years old and others that are barely a month old.

Terrific post looking forward to hearing from you.

You can always pick up good sites inside of bidding.... Unless you see a really good deal have patience and do bidding otherwise go for that buy it now....

Stay away from image hosting sites and proxy websites... Anything that is seasonal stay away from. Go for websites that have also been poorly optimized with the ads but are still making alot of money. There are 2 in sitepoint right now that I have my eye on as i said.... There are going to be more coming in as well!

To make a site more profitable you need to look at the ctr if it's with ppc go ahead and change where the ads are being displayed to see if you can get it higher... Also throw some cpm ads up you will make alot of funds that way.

What I want to know is which company did you grab the corp card through?

I have a few but I am always willing to add one more if I don't have it and let's not forget that you can write off the interest on the card as a business expense as well as the purchase of the online sites.....

Some of us with bad credit and no proof of income *ahem* cannot get a credit card.. Shame, this is a good plan, buying established sites.

    Good luck!

    The biggest thing is:

If you buy the site, do something with it. I have sold 3 medium ticket sites for some good money, and 2 have just sat there unchanged (all the links point to my accounts), and 1 is dead.

Why would anyone spend upwards of $2K on a site just to do nothing with it.

You can have horrible credit and get corporate credit in your company name just be registering an LLC with your state.

When i registered my first llc i had cards pouring in left and right. Not all are non-personal guarantor meaning they don't check your personal credit, but at least two out of every ten only wanted my tax id number.
