Why not try help yourself with some free platforms like Canva + Some Free vectors from google ... YouTube tutorials can help with how to do that.
If you don’t have the time then get a Freelancer do it for you

You can try getting something similar done at Fiverr. There are still quite a number of DECENT design gig sellers who charge 5 bucks

You can go through fiver. There are a lot of experts are available on just $5.

If you are low on funds if you go onto google you can find tutorials on image design for your blog. However if you have money I definitely recommend Fiverr. Hope this helps
