Is this even possible? Doing outreach and every site wants 100+ and I don't blame them. This is hard.

Finance/Crypto/Loans are toughest niches to get links with outreach, so be prepared to invest in content and also paying the webmastes (admin review fees).

take a look at the marketplace, there's many sellers there that might be able to get you links in this niche, but yeah, this is one of the toughest niches to get into. I don't know why you've picked it
