You have to change Meta data AND change hash. To make it even more "Unique", use an editor to change the physical aspect of the video.

I’ve noticed even with edits some videos still get flagged. Seems like Instagram’s AI is getting stricter on reused content.

Instagram’s AI is tougher on reused content now—so just minor edits won’t work. Change the metadata, hash, and visual elements to make each video truly unique.
