Getting Flagged on CL by a poster

Looking for someone to help me out with a program. I am a big time poster in texas for several real estate companies.

I am running into an issue now where one other company when they start posting my ads get flagged. when they are not posting ads my ads stay up just fine. but when they come back on my ads start going down. Every ad is on a different account different ip and different content. Every ad is real as these are homes that I have to sell or rent.

I use bot pro to post these.

Whats a great program that I can use to go and flag his ads back.

if you have macro skills then I advise go that route, you can flag about 10 people per ip address.

another note,
when you do your first flag run
flag at late night 2 - 6 am
this way they wake up what hell is going on.
then when they start posting to fill in the gaps,
flag on a 30 minute cycle IE: flag everything, then wait 30 minutes to an hour , then flag again.

do that for 3 days.

now call them from a payphone and tell them to stop flagging everyone or else you will do it again.

Now your in real estate, what I would target is there good listings in great area's and leave the crappy listings alone. besides you want those high$$$ calls, let them have the bad cheap people calls.

Yes I will be around a lot longer than he will. He just opend up his office about 6 months ago. when he left my office.

Alternative to using a program is to outsource this. Get a couple of people to monitor and flag the ads. For a couple of bucks a day you can buy your own protection.

Do you know who I could outsource this too.? I moved all ads today and re set things up. Ads were live for about 4 hours and he started posting and my ads went down. No I did post some just generic ads that did not talk about my office or anything like that. and these ads stayed live.

Could be that you are getting auto flagged by CL. Happens to me all the time, but only certain times of the day.

i dont think its being auto flagged by craigslist. I have other people in town post some ads with my web address and phone number and they stay up until this other guy starts posting when he does my ads come done.

I do have clbotpro just did not get the add on for the flagger. Has anyone used the one for the bot and what do you think of it.

this issue look like as interesting issue. do you guys really think that by click on flag, craigslist really removing those ads. Then i do not think any one able to post ad in any where of craigslist.

How's your flagging situation going? If you need any help, I know of a few people who flag ads with a pretty high success rate 80%+
