Getting Flagged for Affiliate Redirects. Anyone Can Help?

I run affiliate brand pages targeting exact match keywords. (Online gambling)

I used to split traffic with Pretty Links: desktop → official site, mobile → affiliate link. It worked fine before, but now I’m getting flagged almost every day because they manage to find my BTAG when browsing my websites.

Looks like brands are using more advanced tracking.

Now, I need someone to provide a solution. I don't need the implementation on every website. Just a solution that my team and I could implement. No guess, please, just tested methods.

If the brands are manually browsing your site then there is little you can do, or you have to modify or cloak your links if the inspection is on auto mode
