I am getting flagged by youtube ...........say i upload a trailer the movie company flags it and says I cant play it as soon as i put it up

Hey,
I know that this thread is old but I didn't want to open another one related with this thread, so I will ask it here.
It is illegal or my videos can be flagged if I upload movie trailers?

I upload trailers all the time.
They stay..never been flagged.
