Getting featured on Japanese blogs

Seeing these around a bit. eg

Anyone get any advice for getting a link from these Japanese style blogs? Are they worth it?

If it was an English market, I would say it is total waste of money and time to go for these links.
In Japan things are different when it comes to directories (these got banned thanks god), blogspot-websites (way too many and too spammed, but I think it is working for the JP market) and the sh*tty links that you can get such as the one you just shared.
However, it is naver link, which is the 3rd biggest search engine in JP so probably it is really worth nothing.
