Getting Fast Links

Hey guys, I've been a whitehatter for most my webmaster life, so I am familiar with web development, just not so much with black hat techniques.

Now with that said... what (free/cheap) methods are the best to obtain quick links? I'm looking at creating new disposable websites on a daily basis, and obviously the standard whitehat techniques to obtain "honest" links is tiresome.

The best idea I can think of currently is to either 1) Buy XRumer or 2) Go to DP and pay someone $5-$10 to submit each site to directories.

Any ideas on cheap AND fast ways to obtain links?

Buying xrumer isn't cheap idea
You might look for Comment hut or comment kahuna (shared on member downloads section) to grab some free, follow links from pr4-5 blogs.

Try to search for the PAD submit method. Basically you create a software (simple screensaver) and submit to a bunch of software sites using the PAD submitter. That will give you backlinks from a bunch of PR5-6 sites (these soft sites are usually high PR). Should you do loads of submits, you will def get lots of backlinks to your site. Just do a search about it, it is everywherer in the forum (some people even use this method as a SEO business to increase customer's sites in search ranks).
