Getting Facebook Customers of another Page

Hi

I want to target and get all the customers of a facebook page ...

I am not able to target them via FB ads as the page just has 10k likes ...

Is there a blackhat way or any other way to get / target these people...

Scrape them from the graph search and then add them with your fake accounts for friends.
Post links to your pages/sites. Invite them there. Post offers.
