Getting Ebay account suspended

hi guys, iv been selling shisha pens on ebay for a while without problem however the Ciggerate regulators FDA have been putting pressure on ebay to stop people like me selling. I have initially stopped from selling for 30 days however 3 days before the suspension was over i got a email stating my account had been suspended indefinitely. is there any way around it as im losing about 5k cause of this. i am willing to pay to someone inorder for them to help me out and fix this issue.

No one can help you, as selling tobacco products is explicitly against eBay policy.

I can relate, it happened to me too. Good luck trying to get that account reinstated, it won't happen. You might want to create a new account, although it might not help you if you're selling stuff that's against eBay policy.

how long were you selling for? get a stealth account/accounts and ramp it back up
