Getting easy backlinks

Been playing around with it since the site came back up (signed up hours before everything went pear shaped). So far it looks like it works as advertised.

One thing I do hope is that people using the service RTFM, seems to be a common issue in this thread that people don't. Id hate to see this all go to crap in a hurry because a bunch of lazy idiots cant read and spam a ton of adult garbage all over everyones blogs.

Having to go in and manually edit out all those links across the 10-20 accounts would suck donkey balls. Its just a matter of time before something slips by.

I don't know why, but I've tried Firefox and IE but when I am setting up a campaign, it appears I am only allowed to enter up to 250 characters in the Title and Short Text fields. Is anyone else having that problem?

It's kind of tough to use the spyntax with only 250 characters. Is this just me?

is it total automated after u creat one campaign or we must build many campaigns?

Yes, I've run into the same problem. Once the kinks get worked out of the system it would be great if LinkJuicer opens a user forum where we can help each other with tips and techniques. :)

Severe limitation. Call it a design error. It will be fixed soon.

All automated. You need to create more than one campaign to fully benefit.

One suggestion: when deleting a campaign, have a box show up asking you to confirm. It is quite easy to fuck up and delete the wrong campaign without even noticing

Thanks. Will put on todo list.

This is being watched very closely now. I don't think it will be a major problem long term.

Good to know yer watching out for it. If someone does get some through will you be letting us know (email or through the site?) so we can clean our blogs out?

all my backflip.com links in the report got error to access,

rockinrobin there's a problem with the tags being posted to vox they aren't separate and are being added as one huge tag. surely this will be a flag. also as someone else said backflip i believe have banned accounts

thanks so far

Yep, the backflip page I checked was banned ("unable to access").

Also, when I checked my links I saw that someone had registered their diigo account with their email address as their username, making it not work.

I'd like to suggest a script that checks the login details of the accounts before saving them so we can make sure there are no spelling mistakes or typos. It is also confusing with some sites wanting emails and others the username so it might prevent some errors when you go to use those sites.

That is a good idea herron. It will become more problematic as more sites are added to the list of accounts. Would be sweet to have the credentials checked automatically in case of typos and such.

I agree with this too. This tool is awesome, and measures to keep it almost "spam safe" should be taken.

I started 2 campaigns yesterday. I'll start 2 more today. Also I'm trying to use the 200 word restriction to my advantage. I put click here at the end and I ask if you want to learn more click here; which drives them to my site. It's work on 1 of the blogs so far. I update later.

I like your attitude! Positive! However, the 250 character limit on titles etc is gone. You can use spyntax to greater advantage but it is your responsibility to ensure that your titles are not excessively long. They could get clipped.

If I see it I will delete it. But the people concerned now know what the score is. They have better things to do than waste their time.

Backflip is currently having about 75-80% success rate, which is pretty good. No support issues have been raised. Please contact support with specifics - account logins etc.

Vox issue confirmed. Will be looked into. Please contact support with issues like these. They will be dealt with much more quickly.

This is non-trivial, and could take several minutes to do this verification as the number of sites supported increases. Currently accounts with bad login credentials get an email and the account is deactivated until this is rectified. The current system is not perfect but it works. I will see about improving it by making the check before the accounts get used.

i'm still trying to create a campaign, can anyone give me some examples, the Spyntax thing is confusing me :(

You know, you could just switch from direct to onlywire +the direct logins for your existing lists (to keep randomness).... That would bring you up to 27 bookmarks instantly and preserve the ability to toss in enough "wildcard" links with the ones you interface directly with to keep it random (especially if customers are smart and create new accounts just for the OnlyWire)...

I would lose all control over the randomness of timing, and the referring IP's. I prefer to grow steadily and retain control. It does not take that much time to add new drivers. It's just that with the launch and all of the unexpected user behaviour I have lots and lots to do. Will get at those new drivers soon...
