Getting DA15+ from 0, how do we go about that?

1. You first talk about DA and then show us your DR... 2 different metrics, 2 different companies.
2. If you want to increase your DA then google redirects will do it. Useless, just a DA manipulation.

OK... I have a question... do you want to increase your rankings or DA/DR?

I wanted to particularly increase DA. I didn't know that was DR, but when I fully analyzed the domain it showed zero/one on everything apart from having ten backlinks or so since it's a new domain.

The second one I mentioned which is a regional news website I'm working on was just to get some insight because one answer intrigued me, and I can never get too little from BHW, people here are the beasts of SEO.

Won't DA manipulation look... manipulated if searched, though; or cause functional issues? I want to make sure I grow all of my sites and companies in a legitimate manner, unless such blackhat tactics tend to not cost anything or be able to be checked/reviewed (which I suppose is the case?)
 
The questions is what you call quickly?
With massive GSA campaign, it can take 2-3 months.

Quickly at least for me would be a month or under a month.
 
Do a lot of outreach and get guest posts on sites with decent traffic. Increasing DA doesn't happen overnight and often takes a lot of patience. As long as your site structure is on point and you have enough quality links to your homepage, you should be able to hit this goal within 5 months.
