Getting Content for your AutoBlogs!!!

There are lots of plugins which can pull in rss feeds for your autoblogs but as always you will only make money if you think outside the box.

In this thread I will reveal my methods to get unique and quality content.

We will scrape content from associatedcontent using yahoo pipes, blastcasta.com and wp-o-matic / feedwordpress.

Heres the method :

1) Go to associatedcontent. Type any keyword, and grab the rss feed for that keyword

2) Go to this pipe (created by me) :

Enter your associatedcontent rss feed url in the form, wait for it to load and click on grab as rss

3) Go there Code:
http://www.blastcasta.com/mix-combine-filter-rss-feeds.aspx
in the url field put the url you grabbed from yahoo pipes and tick "supress images' and "remove html tags"

4) Grab the url from blastcasta and go to this pipe : Code:
http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_id=MASL_m4C3hGK5pkZBR50VA
and put it in the form. Wait for it to load an grab the result as rss feed

5) Use the rss feed you grabbed in step (4) with wp-o-matic or feedwordpress. You have full associatedcontent without any ads or images.

Another NOOB question from me again but once you'r on the AC site and have searched for your content, how do I 'grab' the RSS feed?

OK I've got as far as step 4, but the content I've got bears no relation to what I wanted, i.e wanted Harley Davidson bikes, got Bible studies and the like! what am I doing wrong guys?

Once you perform the 'search', the results page shows up. In the left hand cornerish is a place that says 'get this info in a widget/feed. Click that. Then the feed url shows up right under the banner add for you to copy.

I just ran it and it works fine. You searched ac for your keyword right? And the results there were for it? If by the time you get to step 4 the output on step 4 is wrong, then I suggest refreshing the page, closing it out and coming back to it, deleting the 'stored' urls your browser holds, and anything else you can think of to have a 'fresh' page. For some reason, for me personally it tends to hold on to the last feed I tried to process and no matter what url I put in, it will spit out that last feed so what I do is delete the quicksaved url, and ctrl + f5 and it works for me. I don't know if anyone has this glitch or it's a yahoo thing or what, but sometimes just have to do a tad more to get it to work properly. ;)
 
Fucking dumbass you copied this from Mp3mage forum and its my Method anyway Im sure mp3mage will report you and you'll be banned on both forums
 
Just follow all the steps, everythings works ok but when I push the fetch option in wp-o-matic, get 0 articles posted all the time, and the keywords tried out have more than 300 articles in AC...

Any suggestion to fix this issue ?

use feedpress I had the same problem with wp-o-matic also you are using ac right I think it only works for that not 100% sure but tried to use another feed and it didnt work for me. But I am not totally done testing this.
 
this is pure genius man! I cant wait to try it out when I get my autoblog.
I first need to create an autoblog though. how can I do this?

This method was from a private forum yes... Awesome method.. I use this my self.
 
At least the moron who stole this didn't even get it to work lol
The complete method need one additional step which he doesn't copied

Hey Noob. Do you know you can get RSS feeds directly through BlastCasta.

You will always be a step behind. Get a life!
 
but it still doesnt work for me.
it doesnt get any rss article.
why is that?
 
beautiful. I'll skip the first step since it's not AC but still worked well
 
or you can insert the blastcast feed in feedburner and then in wp-o-matic :P
