I discourage this practice, spammy actions like short form comments and duplicate content usually do not bring much benefit to the post

All such comments are just to increase interactions, increase trust in the product. Please join the groups I see that have a party specializing in providing such services.
 
Those kinds of comments might have been effective 10 years ago, but nowadays I think building a proper sales funnel to earn customer trust is far more effective than spamming. Customers today are much smarter.

No flags at all, even less bans because of positive comments and activity. Facebook doesn't care unless someone reports. And you have more chances to be reported when you have "scam!" comments under your ad or no comments.
