Over the years I have learnt WordPress, css, elementor, WPBakery and also took a month course on UI/UX as well as graphics design which. It has made me a very good website, salespage and funnel developer but my issue is finding clients to offer free service for a start.

Anyone with a method will be highly appreciated?

Don't mind my grammar cos am not a English native.

Why would they be?

You are providing it for free which is like you are doing it because you just started or you want to build your portfolio,What’s wrong in that?

Provide good services and with zero marketing,You will bank good with just word of mouth.

PS - Offer free services only to those who can be your potential clients,Avoid tier 3 Countries.

Offering the service for free can get you publicity real quick. Also you can get engaged with social media and run ad campaigns.
 
Its a good time for you to start a service mentioning Christmas offer for 5 customers or 10 customers which will help you build your portfolio and also do mention a price that after 10 websites the prices would be $xxx this should help you start

A few ideas that came to my mind:

- Hire a guy from the Marketplace or Fiverr to find you leads
- Hire someone to scrape LinkedIn and Instagram emails and blast them offering your service (be sure to filter out companies who already have sites)
- Go on Instagram and try to find people who don't have websites like tattoo artists or nail salons or hair extension girls etc. and offer them your service. Or perhaps find people who are interested in dropshipping but don't know how to and build them webshops.
- Reach out to local businesses in your area, give people discounts.
- Create a JV with someone you offer commission to in exchange for finding you clients.
- Communicate with people on the forum, upgrade to Marketplace Seller or JrVIP, create a BST and sell your services here.
 
here's what i did before:

i got local directory of businesses in my country. i target medical industry, for example "dentists". i list all their details and check if they have website. if they do have and it's outdated, i also take note. then i email them each for the website offer at first.

i realize the money is on the selling and not the technical side. i know the basic on technical side, just enough to sales pitch. once i close the deal, i outsource everything in fiverr and upwork.

then upsell and ask for referrals. there are various industry you can target. however, it's the medical that have lots of money....
