Getting clicks from Google Ads but visitors leave fast?

i think it could be a mix of the keywords and landing page and also make sure the ad matches the page and then check speed and mobile experience because sometimes testing a few versions can help find what works.

one of the basic things to look for is if these are crawler bots, or some click bots. even if google says it fights these there is a lot to it. could just be same people or competitors are clicking your links. a thing you can look into is start using click protection solutions that are also supported by google like: clicguard or clickcease. it at list blocks such clickers in real time for you for example you can set it to block the clicks after 2 clicks in 1 minute. this will at least save some budget and blocks showing your ads to these people bots for some period of time. one more thing to look for is keyword type you are using for your campaigns. in broad match you will get a huge amount of clicks that are irrelevant to what you are advertising. in this case people just dont find what they are looking for. so you need to check the searchterms you are getting clicks from and add these to negative list if they are irrelevant to you this is a pretty much daily/weekly routine

Split paid traffic by search term, device and geo. If organic/direct users behave normally but Google Ads users die in 5 seconds, your traffic is trash. If everyone dies in 5 seconds, your landing page is trash.

Don’t redesign anything until you know which one it is.

hi just do this first check if your ads and keywords are bringing the right people and if your landing page matches the ad and allso make sure the page is fast and mobile-friendly and also has a clear message and cta.
