Getting Cheaper Airline Ticketd Through International Proxy Possible?

So im looking to buy flights to and from Croatia out of the US. Is there maybe a site I can visit or use a full anonymous proxy from another country to get cheaper tickets off expedia, kayak, etc?

Would be frickin amazing if anyone knew some tricks...

You can check different airlines, I know that if you book the ticket earlier you get it cheaper, so if you were planning to go in a week, you could try to book for 2 weeks from now for example.
