Getting bulk reviews done using proxies

Anyone have any suggestions for submitting a list of 3rd party review sites from the list below. I'm trying to get the 5 stars next to my name on google adwords. Has anyone done something like this with proxies?

I know google can pull from the following sources
Bizrate(Shopzilla)
Pricegrabber
Epinions
Yahoo
Review Centre
Viewpoints
Google Checkout Reviews
Reseller Ratings
Trustpilot
RateItAll.com

Thanks, but in my case, I'm interested on learning how to properly do it: should web use proxies, how not to look suspicious, etc.

Anyone know of ANY services which do this in bulk?
